It’s our first day in Baguio and in this day is our registration day. I and my fellow officers from ISNHS roam around to the different places in Baguio. As a first timer, I enjoyed the cold weather there and seeing the green pine trees. I was amazed w/ the view at the Minis View and enjoyed looking at the beautiful dresses, accessories, shoes and the different kinds of gadgets there at the SM. My stomach is satisfied with the delicious food that I eat at the food Court. All of this things happened during the first day of staying in Baguio.
After eating the dinner, we were amazed w/ the very nice and enjoyable presentation of the Guest Speakers and Guests that night w/c held at the Benitez Hall. One of them is Mr. Joey Pelaez, the CSCA Executive director. I was interested listening and watching his presentation, presenting the rules and regulation of this National Leadership Training.
The crowds were shouting w/ the beautiful performance of Miguel Aguila, a handsome recording artist/ actor when he swayed as he sang the song Sway...
And of course, the were shouting, laughing and enjoying and enjoying w/ the different jokes and songs given by the Kapuso star. Nanette Inventor, an actress/ comedian as she sang “Ako’y isang Pinoy, Tayo’y hindi Kano, huwag kang mahihiya, kung ang ilong mo ay Pango,” and translate this song w/ the different languages, telling the history and the influences of the foreigners and of our tradition. This night ends w/ a smile in our faces and excited w/ the next activity that we will going to attend in the next day... And this was hosted by the handsome partners “Kuya PJ” (John Paul Lanot) and “Kuya Ian” (Al Ian Barcelona).

There are beautiful flowers there, some of us have a pose w/ the giant statues there and some of us buy “pasalubong.” After that, we travel again to the Market of Baguio. It’s just like the Market of Vigan, there are also “Ukay- ukay” there.... We buy most of the pasalubong there because we find the products that it is cheaper at their Market. We have also our boat riding there at the Burnham Park, enjoyed paddling.... After that, we went to SM for our lunch and then we went to the Partas Bus Station, ready to go home....
This experience is one of the most unforgettable experiences in my life for I’ve learned many things in Baguio, from the plenary sessions to the back out sessions. I’m also very thankful to the STRAINS and to the different guest speakers because I learned so many things from them. I have met new friends, from different Regions, learned new things about leadersip.... I’m also thankful to the Shuttle jeep because, bec. Of them, we do not need to walk a distance to go to the different halls. And as I go home, I go home w/ those memorable experiences happened only here in Baguio....
