my Christmas Vacation
Christmas is one of the most awaited occasion of the year. Why?, because it’s the day when our Jesus Christ was born. Not only that, it’s the time for something which cannot be done during the ordinary days…….Me? how did I spend my Christmas Vacation…..Christmas is very enjoyable because it’s the time for us to carol our ninongs and ninangs, the time for giving gifts to our love ones, Simbang Gabi, lighting fireworks and especially eating delicious foods during Noche Buena together with our family. As December is fast approaching, Every house hang Christmas lantern, Christmas lights and of course, the Christmas Tree. We see children caroling in every house, singing Christmas songs. Of course, I attended the Simbang Gabi and enjoyed the coldness of the December breeze. The things are such nice and enjoyable to remember after Christmas…
Me?, what I’ve done this Christmas is that I went to the Hospital to take care of my grandfather. It’s somehow boring but I still enjoyed it.. I also carol my ninongs and ninangs, and after finishing all my works like assignment and projects, I watch television. But what I like most is that when some children are caroling in our house, Why? Because I enjoyed listening to their songs even though its not that beautiful. And after giving money to them, they sing “Thank you” and its nice. I and my family spent our Noche Buena in advance at the Hospital and even though we spent our Christmas there, I very happy because we are complete….The greatest gift for me is that we spent our Christmas as a whole.
Christmas is not the only time for giving gifts , sharing blessings, and loving each other. Its not the time where two people can reconcile or can be friends, for everyday can be Christmas. Its not how expensive the gifts are or how delicious the foods you served are, but what matters most is that you give your hand for those who are in needs and you are sharing blessings, and loving each other with all of our hearts and without expecting much in return. For this is the best gift we can give to everyone..
